Description of the challenge:
You're task should you accept it is to try and guide Southend United to the premier league, don't worry not to quickly but quicker than there is a chance in real life! If you're up to it though!
Your objectives for this challenge:
- Achieved back to back promotions to Championship league.
- Once in the championship you have 3 seasons to get into the premier league.
- Once in the premier league, stay up for one season.
- Difficultly level: Hard

- Starting wage budget: £35000pw

With this one its just bragging rights, but also if you can achieve this you're gonna have some serious fun along the way! If someone can keep beating our challenges, we will also be tempted to reward them! We have in the past!
