FM2012 Support: Essential Data error on startup
If you find on starting up the game you get the following error:
Unable to find Essential Data error on startup
Then please follow the next steps to correct this.
You need to try compatability mode in stea, to do this, do the following:
- Find your steam.exe file. This is usually located in your steam folder in program files.
- Right click the steam.exe file and click the tab that says Compatability.
- Make sure you have unticked the box that says "Run this program in compatability mode for"
