you can only get him if they don't renew his contract which but hes like 30 but people have used a cheat to change his contract and sign him on a free :)

I manage man city, and in season 2, i try to buy messi. Barcelona ask 98 milion pounds!!!!,since man city have transfer budget up to 100 milion pounds, I decided to accept but messi always rejected my contract offer. he always said want to stay with BARCA. please help....
