Installing the challenge on your system is extremely easy. Simply download the saved game file and place it in your saved game folder, which you can find in the folder titled 'games' in you sports interactive folder.
Once you have placed the file there you can load the game and then load the save game.
Common location (in this example im using Vista).
Location: "C:\Users\YourName\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008\games\MySavedgame.fm"
